A colour glimpsed in passing. A line that quietly lingers. The kind of moment that stays longer than expected.

 And then something shifts. Structure appears.Meaning takes shape. What once felt intangible becomes something clear. Sometimes, it becomes a brand.




STATION HOUSE




 Station House is a purpose-built rental community located at Bloor and Dufferin in Toronto’s west end, developed by Hazelview. Positioned along one of the city’s most vibrant corridors, the project introduces a contemporary residential community that reflects the energy and diversity of urban living.

The visual narrative captures the rhythm of everyday life surrounding Station House, presenting the development as a vibrant residential destination connected to culture, movement, and city life. Each touchpoint reinforces the identity of the community while reflecting the dynamic character of the neighbourhood.
