Located at Dupont and Spadina in Toronto’s luxurious Annex neighborhood, ANX by Freed Developments is a transformative addition to the city’s skyline. Designed by Johnson Chou, the project merges modern luxury with futuristic minimalism. ANX’s bold architecture, featuring long vertical glass panes with sleek metallic trim and smooth balcony curves, redefines the formerly industrial Dupont area, making it a striking urban landmark.

The visual identity of ANX is meticulously crafted to reflect the building’s distinctive architectural features, particularly its elegant curves. Inspired by the smooth curves of the balconies, along with the bold blend of steel and glass, the branding emphasizes the futuristic and minimalist aspects that define ANX.

The logo design for ANX reflects the building’s unique curved architecture. Its sleek and minimalist elements highlight the modern aesthetic of the development. By incorporating the building’s curves, the logo reinforces ANX as a symbol of contemporary luxury and sophisticated urban living, creating a cohesive and unified brand identity.

The brochure for ANX is designed to highlight the building’s architectural beauty and sophistication. It uses extensive white space to emphasize the elegance and modernity of the building. Curved shapes are integrated throughout the brochure, reflecting the building’s distinctive curved balconies and creating a unique, recognizable aesthetic.
