Located in the heart of Toronto’s eclectic Kensington neighborhood, MRKT is a new condominium brand by Tridel that celebrates the unique and diverse culture of the area. In addition to the condominium project, MRKT has embarked on a side project to create a Toronto City Guide. This guide aims to capture the vibrant, hip, and culturally rich character of Toronto’s west side, showcasing a wide array of experiences, from dining and entertainment to local attractions.








MRKT is bold, vibrant, and culturally engaged. The brand’s personality shines through its unique design and energetic vibe, with a strong focus on community and cultural appreciation. Its vision is to become a central hub where residents and visitors alike can immerse themselves in the local culture, experiencing the best that the west side has to offer.

















MRKT draws inspiration from the energetic and diverse aesthetics of Toronto’s west side. Bold colors, eclectic typography, and dynamic imagery capture the area’s energetic spirit. The layout of the Toronto City Guide is designed to be fun, diverse, and energetic, aligning with the overall brand image of MRKT.
