RUSH - A new boutique condominium in downtown Toronto stands boldly as the gateway between two lifestyles:  the more polished, newer and increasingly modernizing style of King Street and the older, Bohemian style of Queen West. RUSH embodies a collision of culture and luxury, merging the eclectic, artistic vibe of Queen Street West with the sophisticated elegance of King West. The brand captures the essence of urban sophistication, creativity, and a lifestyle that is both vibrant and upscale.









The name RUSH evokes excitement, movement, and vibrancy, mirroring the urban pulse and cultural diversity of Toronto’s Queen Street West and King West. The logo, with its unique twist in the letter “S,” symbolizes the blend of King West’s elegance and Queen West’s artistic vibe. The sales office design reflects this brand identity, featuring large-scale murals and artwork reminiscent of the neighbourhood’s street art culture.
